Instructor

Amy Camie, CCM

Amy Camie is a professional and therapeutic harpist, certified clinical musician, inspirational speaker, recording artist, author, and co-initiator of the ORIGIN Methodology of Self-Discovery. Her "Conscious Self-Care" journey began in 2010, during the first of two journeys with breast cancer, when she realized it was time to remember how to love herself again. As a pioneer in the field of harp therapy, Amy has co-authored several studies exploring how her solo harp music increases brainwave function, supports the immune system and reduces pain, distress and anxiety levels. She has presented hundreds of presentations for local, regional and national audiences on the power of music, resonance, and conscious self-care and loves inspiring participants to embrace the fullness of who they are. Amy’s music calms the mind, relaxes the body and gently touches the soul. As one woman said, "You touch others in such a deep place with your music because it comes from such a deep place inside of you." For more information: www.AmyCamie.com
