CHAOS into HARMONY

Conscious Self-Care helps you embrace the fullness of who you are and transform CHAOS into HARMONY by 🛑 slowing down 👀 recognizing beliefs that keep you trapped in repetitive patterns of behavior ✨ understanding how energy & resonance influence your choices 💚 expanding perceptions of self-care and 🥰 choosing what's most loving for you!

Are you ready to love yourself fully?

Have you ever ...

✔ felt so exhausted that when someone offers to help you cry with relief?

✔ wanted to say "No" but said, "Yes" out of guilt, habit, or fear of rejection?

✔ run to the bathroom and sobbed because you simply couldn't hold everything together for another second?

🔆 I have; and sometimes I still do. Only now I don't feel like a victim because my perception has expanded and I can see old patterns more clearly, without guilt, shame, or judgment.

💗 If you're ready for new and expanded insights that empower you to trust yourself and embrace the fullness of who you are, this course is for you!

Instructor

Amy Camie, CCM

Amy Camie is a professional and therapeutic harpist, certified clinical musician, inspirational speaker, recording artist, composer, author, and co-initiator of the ORIGIN Methodology of Self-Discovery. Her "Conscious Self-Care" journey began during the first of two breast cancer diagnoses in 2010 when she realized it was time to remember how to love herself again. For the past 20 years, she has been active in the sound healing community with several pilot studies indicating how her solo harp music increases brainwave function, supports the immune system and reduces pain, distress and anxiety levels. She has presented hundreds of workshops and presentations for local, regional and national audiences on the power of music, resonance and conscious self-care and loves inspiring participants to embrace the fullness of who they are. Amy’s music calms the mind, relaxes the body and gently touches the soul. As one woman said, "You touch others in such a deep place with your music because it comes from such a deep place inside of you." For more information: www.AmyCamie.com
